Our engraving Services
Premium craftsmanship, cutting-edge technology, and over two decades of experience—everything you need to make your awards, gifts, and promotional items unforgettable.
rotary engraving
A time-tested technique for deep, tactile personalization. Rotary engraving uses a spinning cutting tool to carve into the surface of metal, plastic, or wood. Ideal for nameplates, plaques, and classic corporate awards that call for a timeless, professional finish.
Rotary Cylindrical Engraving
Engrave logos, names, or messages on curved items with precision. This technique allows for 360° rotation during engraving, making it perfect for drinkware, vases, and other cylindrical products. A must for high-end gifts and branded merchandise.
laser engraving
Precision meets versatility. Laser engraving uses a focused beam of light to etch detailed text, logos, and graphics onto materials like crystal, glass, acrylic, metal, and wood. It's ideal for producing clean, consistent results with sharp detail—perfect for both modern and traditional award designs.
uv printing
Bring your brand to life with full-color UV printing. This method uses ultraviolet light to cure vibrant, high-resolution ink directly onto the surface of your product. Great for adding logos, artwork, or messaging in rich color—especially on plaques, acrylics, and promotional gifts.
sublimation printing
Durable, high-definition prints infused directly into coated surfaces. Sublimation is ideal for photographic elements, full-color graphics, and branded items like drinkware, plaques, and promotional merchandise. A popular choice for personalized gifts and vibrant recognition pieces.
sand etch
For a premium, frosted finish on glass or crystal. Sand etching uses high-pressure air and fine abrasive particles to carve deeply into the surface, creating a clean, elegant contrast. It’s the gold standard for high-end crystal awards and elegant custom pieces.
2d / 3d laser engraving
Elevate your awards with dimensional detail. 2D/3D laser engraving adds depth and visual intrigue to glass and crystal by etching artwork inside the material. Ideal for complex logos, architectural renderings, or commemorative designs that deserve a “wow” factor.
color-fill
Make your engraving pop with color. After etching, we apply pigment into the engraved areas to enhance contrast and visibility. This technique is excellent for branding consistency—especially when matching your company’s logo colors across custom awards and plaques.

artwork requirements

artwork requirements
- Vector files are preferred. Accepted formats include .AI, .EPS, .SVG, and high-resolution PDFs. This ensures crisp, scalable engraving and printing.
- Raster images (JPG, PNG, TIFF) must be high resolution. Minimum 300 DPI at actual size for best results—blurry or pixelated files may not be usable.
- Convert all fonts to outlines. This ensures no unexpected font changes during the engraving process.
- Avoid using shadows, gradients, or fine color blends in logos intended for engraving. These don’t reproduce well in laser or rotary methods.
- For color printing or sublimation, please include Pantone® color codes if color-matching is important to your brand.
- All artwork should be submitted with clear labeling, including the award type and recipient details (if applicable).
- Keep critical text and design elements at least 0.25" from edges. This ensures nothing is trimmed or obscured during production.
- Include any special layout instructions (e.g., center logo above name, align left, stacked text) in your order notes or proofing request.
- Need help with design? We offer free graphic setup and basic design support to ensure your artwork looks its best.

Engraving Services FAQs
Get answers to the most common questions about our engraving capabilities, materials, turnaround times, and artwork requirements—so you can order with confidence.
What materials can you engrave?
We engrave on a wide range of materials including acrylic, glass, crystal, wood, marble, metal, and coated drinkware. Our advanced equipment ensures clean, precise results on every surface.
What’s the difference between laser engraving and rotary engraving?
Laser engraving uses a focused beam of light for sharp, high-resolution details—ideal for logos and text. Rotary engraving uses a cutting tool for deeper, more tactile etching, often preferred for metal and plastic.
Can you engrave curved or round items like tumblers or vases?
Yes! Our rotary cylindrical engraving service allows for 360° engraving on rounded products—perfect for drinkware, trophies, and custom gift items.
How should I prepare my logo or artwork for engraving?
Vector files (.AI, .EPS, .SVG) are preferred for best quality. For non-vector images, high-resolution (300 DPI+) files work if engraving details are minimal. Need help? We offer free design support to prep your files.
