History

Established in 2000.

Founded by owners John & Sandy Sierra in N. Scottsdale, AZ. Through the years we have strived to combine and improve state-of-the-art equipment, creativity and years of experience to provide customers with quality products that commemorate those special moments.

John and Sandy Sierra

After nineteen years of successfully managing operations for distribution centers from California to Arizona, owner John T. Sierra finally gave in to his entrepreneurial spirit over 2 decades ago.

Drawing on his extensive business and managerial experience, he established Grayhawk Awards Scottsdale in 2000.

Partnering with his super-intelligent and amazing wife Sandy of forty nine-years, they together have built a dynamic business in the recognition awards industry. Their ongoing business goal is to constantly meet their customer's needs with outstanding award and trophy products along with exemplary customer service.

A little bit on the personal front too: as proud grandparents, John & Sandy trained their grandsons in the art of being creative in art design, great customer service and the value of honest business work ethics. Believe it or not, this important life training began at the tender age of 6 years old. Now graduated from high school, we are so very proud to have our grandson Christian join the Grayhawk Awards staff. He has been a wonderful addition to our business operation! His future plans include continuing his education by learning from his dear grandparents and enhancing the service to you, our valued customers.
